Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our technicians while protecting everyone's time and investment.

Cancellation Fee Schedule

7+ days notice: No fee, full refund. 2–6 days notice: $50 rebooking fee. Less than 48 hours: 50% of estimated labor. No-show: 100% of service call minimum.

Deposits

A 25% commitment deposit ($75 minimum) is required for jobs booked 30+ days in advance. Projects over $1,000 may require 50%.

Emergency Grace Policy

We allow one grace reschedule per year for genuine emergencies with no penalty.

New York 3-Day Right to Cancel

New York State law provides a 3-business-day right to cancel for contracts signed in your home exceeding $25.
